His background spans working on cruise ships, serving as cabin crew with the Qantas Group, working as National Sales Manager for an NDIS service and product provider and leading teams across major fashion retail brands.

As a Senior Finance Broker, Nathan prides himself on making finance simple, transparent and tailored to each client's needs, helping you feel confident, informed and supported from first enquiry through to final approval.

As COO of Elev8 Finance Group, Lauren uses her strong organisational skills to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

With a diverse career spanning events management, eCommerce and customer experience, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the business, always keeping the customer front of mind and continually looking for ways to enhance their experience.

With over 11 years' experience as an electrician, including owning and operating a construction and maintenance electrical business and most recently working FIFO in the mining sector, Klade has taken on a new career challenge as a Junior Finance Broker with Elev8 Finance Group.

Having worked on the tools and run a business, Klade understands the real-world pressures of cash flow, growth and financial decision-making. He brings that practical insight, strong work ethic and attention to detail to delivering clear, structured finance solutions, while continuing to build his expertise under an experienced brokerage team.
