Elev8 Financial Group Pty Ltd collects personal information that is necessary to provide the products and services we offer. These include finance, insurance and other financial services within Australia. We collect personal information to:

We may also collect personal information during the course of our relationship with you — for example when loan arrangements are varied or when updated or additional information is provided and verified.
In some circumstances we may collect personal information from third parties including:

- Accountants, brokers or professional advisers involved in an application
- Public records or company officers where an individual is an officer of a company applying for finance
Disclosure of personal information
To provide products and services we may need to disclose personal information to third parties including:
- Service providers contracted to assist us, who are bound by similar privacy obligations
- Credit reporting agencies
- Financiers and lenders
- Insurers
- Mailing houses and printers
- Debt collection agencies
These parties are only authorised to use personal information for the specific purpose for which it was disclosed. We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law (such as court orders, subpoenas or government agencies including the ATO) or where the individual has provided consent.
At present, Elev8 Financial Group Pty Ltd does not disclose personal information to overseas recipients. If this changes, we will take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with Australian privacy laws.
Direct marketing
From time to time we may use personal information to inform customers about our products, services, promotions or joint offers with business partners. Individuals may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
